2008-05-0810:18:57 Thanks for the notice, NNN! The way things are going, insects will feature increasingly in our future, so we might as well get used to the idea. I'm always happy to talk with the public about the many benefits of entomophagy. I'm available for those interested in a different kind of summer picnic experience, and I'll be cooking at 32 libraries throughout the state this summer, mostly in July.
